Fourth Course: Crown Royal Extra Rare, Corkscrew Bison Slider - fresh local Bison from the Boss Bison Farm. Finished on a brioche pretzel roll with smoked Gouda, herb aioli and pecan sweet potato pommes frites.
Fifth Course: Crown Rye (Whisky of the year winner, Pan Seared Colorado Lollipop lamb chop with a black pepper and strawberry beet puree.
Sixth Course: Limited Release Salted Caramel Crown complemented with our house bread pudding with vanilla sauce.
